1. Items that have been picked up, tried on, and taken from the shop are considered final and are no longer eligible for complimentary re-alterations. Any additional alterations requested after pickup will be subject to an additional charge.
2.If a garment is picked up by someone other than the client, a two (2) day adjustment period will apply from the date of pickup.
3.Garments brought in already pinned by the customer are accepted at the client’s discretion. We are not responsible for the accuracy of such pinning, and any additional changes requested after alterations are completed will incur an extra charge.
4.All garments presented for alterations must be clean upon arrival. We reserve the right to refuse service on items that do not meet this requirement.
